3 STEP TAX REPAIR PROCESS
Here at Tax Response Center, we follow a unique 3 step process called the Tax Response Center (TRC) 3 Step Tax Repair Process. This process enables us to determine the best qualified tax resolution program for each client. It also creates a faster and more accurate turnaround time for each case, ultimately savings our clients thousands of dollars.
STEP 1
VERIFICATION
We contact the taxing agency(s) and verify what they have on file for the client. This includes any balances due, any unfiled returns, and current collection status.
STEP 2
EVALUATION
We evaluate client’s current finances. This includes income, equity in assets, and monthly expenses.
STEP 3
DETERMINATION
Based on Step 1 and 2, we determine the best “qualified” course of action to resolve your tax situation, based on IRS/State Rules and Regulations. Clients may be required to file missing tax returns, release a bank levy, set up an installment agreement, file an offer in compromise, etc.
